In just 2.5 weeks, the bk Group successfully completed a compact yet technically demanding refit at the Huma Eleven Center in Vienna.

The project focused on functional optimization during ongoing operations. As part of the refurbishment, an existing storage area was expanded, and a new section was created including a toilet, a checkout room, and a staff break room.

On the sales floor, the existing water station was redesigned into a larger, more prominent version. In addition, the original single checkout was upgraded to a dual checkout solution, including all necessary piping and technical adjustments.

Despite the tight schedule, the project was completed on time and to the full satisfaction of the client—thanks to seamless coordination between all trades involved: drywall construction, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, fire alarm and building systems, and sprinkler systems.
