Remodeling a retail store presents a wide range of challenges for any project team—especially when it comes to delivering all trades on schedule and ensuring a smooth execution. From early September to early October, we completely redesigned the Rituals store in Metzingen. Across 194 m² of sales area, 40 m² of back-of-house space, and 122 m² of storage, we carried out a comprehensive interior fit-out including electrical installations, drywall construction, and HVAC.

Our solution: Through precise project management and close coordination with everyone involved, we were able to complete the fit-out in just under five weeks—without compromising on quality or functionality. Collaboration with the center was seamless, which played a key role in the project’s successful completion.
