With our new office space in Düsseldorf, we have created room for further growth – planned and delivered by our in-house construction team. On approximately 200 square metres, an almost empty space was transformed into a modern, functional and welcoming working environment.

Starting from a largely vacant unit, the layout was completely restructured. New partition walls were installed to create a dedicated meeting room, including two new door frames with matching doors. The existing air conditioning system was adapted to the new layout and complemented by an additional unit to ensure a comfortable indoor climate throughout the office.

Lighting was also optimised by repositioning fixtures above the workstations to achieve efficient and balanced illumination.

A newly created entrance corridor now separates the break area from the main office space. The break room, equipped with a water dispenser, benefits from a gallery-style internal window that allows additional natural light to enter. A textile frame featuring our logo creates a strong visual identity within the space.

Further textile frames with selected motifs were installed in the offices, enhancing the overall ambience while also improving acoustic absorption. The concept is completed by a new carpet in timeless anthracite, providing a subtle yet striking contrast to the white furniture and reinforcing the modern character of the office.

Key challenges included establishing and maintaining an accurate project budget, as well as carefully removing the existing floor adhesive. It was essential to prevent contact between old and new materials to avoid any potential chemical odour formation.

The result is a thoughtfully designed office environment that combines functionality, brand presence and workplace comfort – delivered by our own team.
