At NordWestZentrum, a new Ritiuals retail space was successfully delivered. Within a tight timeframe, bk Group managed and executed the full construction works, completing the store between mid-January and the end of February.

Across nearly 200 square metres, a modern retail environment was created that combines functional efficiency with a high-quality store appearance. The scope of work included the complete interior fit-out as well as all technical trades, including drywall and painting works, HVAC and ventilation systems, sanitary and electrical installations, and façade works.

Through careful coordination of all trades, the project was delivered efficiently and completed on schedule. The focus remained on high-quality workmanship and structured project execution.
