Every week, an external partner company of the bk Group conducts a satisfaction survey among randomly selected customers throughout Europe. At the end of December, the overall average for 2022 was 4.94 out of a possible 5 points in 984 surveys.
Now we have the first evaluation for 2023 and customer satisfaction continues to be at a fantastic level. Out of 70 surveys, we have achieved the top score for 59 customers. Overall, we start 2023 with an average rating of 4.84 points.
