On October 10, 2025, the brand-new SKECHERS store opened in Wertheim Village! After construction began on July 28 and an intensive build phase until October 1, the approximately 265 m² space now shines in new splendor – sporty, modern, and true to the brand’s signature style.

Everything from a Single Source – from Technology to Design

The project covered all trades: electrical work, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, drywall construction, painting, flooring, furniture installation, and logistics. The bk Group carried out the complete interior fit-out – efficiently coordinated, precisely executed, and in the company’s customary premium quality.

Close Collaboration and Technical Finesse

A special challenge was the close coordination with Wertheim Village and the integration of a new supporting structure. Thanks to clear communication, flexible planning, and a dedicated project team, even this complex task was successfully accomplished.
