bk Group is LEADING EMPLOYER Germany 2022!

Just before the end of the year 2021, bk Group can be pleased about an award from LEADING EMPLOYERS. Out of 160,000 companies examined in a comprehensive study on the topic of employer qualities, the bk Group is among the TOP 1 % of employers in Germany.

The study evaluates companies using a multi-stage process. First, sources such as career websites, HR magazines and networks, Google searches or tips from the public are identified. The study then evaluates their informative value and records the maximum amount of information available from these sources. Each source category is given a score, on the basis of which the companies are then evaluated. The study highlights diversity rather than the number of positive finds about a company.
