New bk.ServiceCenter offers unique customer service

Since October, the national and international customers of the bk Group AG can enjoy an update of the bk.ServiceCenter. The communication and information platform is a unique programme in Europe that digitally links customers with the bk Group.

Exclusive functionalities

The bk.ServiceCenter provides our customers with an overview regarding the status of all objects in maintenance. It displays tickets and maintenance dates and provides all maintenance protocols. In addition, customers can reach their personal contact person or the 24/7 service hotline with just one click via the bk.ServiceCenter app. But these are only some of the functions of the bk Group’s customer information system. With the relaunch, the range of services is once again significantly expanded.

Improved user-friendliness and new system functions

Since the relaunch of the bk.ServiceCenter, customers can look forward to increased user-friendliness as well as new functions. On a dashboard, they can now see all their properties in Europe on a map and can view basic information on each individual branch by mouseover. At the same time, open and completed tickets as well as a tour schedule overview for the bk service technicians’ visit appointments are available there.

In addition, individual branches can be found more quickly using the filter function, the tour planning can be exported from the system and future maintenance appointments are also integrated. Customers now have a special advantage with a graphically prepared cost overview – by trade – and a new detailed inventory report either for each individual branch, or as an Excelexport for all properties that the bk Group services for the customer.
