Before the gates to the grand medieval celebration of the bk Spectacle opened on Friday, Thursday was all about team spirit, creativity, and collaboration.

All employees of the bk Group came together for a special team-building activity unlike anything we had done before. Split into 15 diverse teams, each group was given a central theme reflecting our corporate culture — such as “Customer Loyalty,” “Appreciation and Respect,” “Sustainability,” or “Europe.”

The challenge: Each team had to design and build a chain reaction with at least five consecutive actions. These individual segments were then connected so that they flowed seamlessly into one another — ultimately creating one massive, impressive chain reaction that symbolized how many small contributions can come together to achieve something great.

The atmosphere was full of energy: there was tinkering, laughter, experimenting, and lively discussions — and that was exactly the goal.

The activity clearly showed how important each single idea is and how much we can accomplish together when we pull in the same direction.

This day was not only a creative experience but also a strong expression of our bk Group spirit — and the perfect start to an unforgettable bk Spectacle.
