When one successful project leads directly to the next, it speaks for itself. Following the SKECHERS store in Chodov, bk Group has delivered another location in Prague within the same year – this time at Nový Smíchov, once again bringing the brand to a prime shopping destination in the Czech capital.

From 4 June through to the opening on 9 September 2026, approximately 300 square metres were transformed into a modern retail environment reflecting the latest SKECHERS store concept.

From technical fit-out to brand experience

bk Group coordinated and delivered the key fit-out and technical trades, including HVAC, electrical installations, drywall and painting, flooring and lighting. The scope also included the integration of logos and other brand-defining elements throughout the store.

The result is a retail environment where technical functionality and the distinctive SKECHERS identity come together seamlessly.

Two stores. One city. One strong year.

What makes this project particularly special is the story behind it: first Chodov, now Nový Smíchov. Within a single year, bk Group has had the opportunity to deliver two SKECHERS stores at attractive locations in Prague.

For us, this is not only another example of successful international project delivery, but also a strong sign of the trust that grows through successful collaboration.
