We have built over 100 Rituals stores in the last few years, and yet every project has its own unique challenges. This beautiful store in Milan is no exception.

Numerous challenges overcome

Within only 6 weeks, a new Rituals shop was built in the station building of Milan’s main railway station. The entire team was able to master the Italian building law, the language barrier, the tight space conditions and the difficult delivery situation in the middle of a European metropolis.

Tricky delivery situation in Milan

The architecturally very impressive railway station building had some pitfalls, however, as there was no way to position the delivery closer than 400 metres from the shop. This meant extremely long walking distances and significantly more effort. Despite the situation not being easy, the team on site did everything in their power to meet the opening date.

The opening of the third Ritual in Italy was a complete success and the customer is extremely satisfied with the quality delivered.
