At Berlin Kaufpark Eiche, a spacious SKECHERS outlet retail unit was fully refurbished and successfully completed by the bk Group. Efficiently Planned, Precisely Delivered

The refurbishment was carried out within a clearly defined timeframe. Construction works commenced in early autumn and were completed just a few weeks later. Store handover followed immediately, with the opening taking place shortly thereafter, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to retail operations.

Generous Space with a Clear Layout

Offering a total area of 638 square metres, including 491 square metres of dedicated sales space, the store provides ideal conditions for a high-performing outlet concept. The simple box-shaped layout within the shopping centre enabled efficient use of space and a clear, customer-friendly product presentation.

Fit-Out

The project execution included all trades required for full store operation. This encompassed drywall, electrical and painting works, HVAC and sanitary installations, flooring and façade works, as well as comprehensive fire protection measures including emergency lighting and voice alarm systems. Joinery and furniture installations and the implementation of external signage completed the scope. All works were carefully coordinated and delivered on schedule.
