From site selection to opening.
From selection of the site up to the opening, Urban Heroes offers premium boutique studios which are a new type of fitness concept in Germany. We assist the brand with the expansion from the start. After early support concerning the selection of appropriate locations, in which we take the strategy as well as regional and spatial circumstances into account, we consult the client comprehensively based on our expertise. Making use of 3D measurements, we create different design concepts and provide realistic cost estimates. This offers Urban Heroes a customized and reliable basis for their planning and decision-making.
