On July 25, 2025, the new SKECHERS store in Berlin’s Boulevard celebrated its successful opening – after an intensive construction phase of just under 10 weeks. The renovation began on May 5, 2025 – in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the capital, directly on the busy Schlossstraße and under challenging logistical conditions.

A completely new store was created on approximately 320 m² – renovated from the ground up and implemented with attention to every detail. All trades were involved: electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, drywall construction, painting, flooring, furniture construction, carpentry, and final cleaning.

Despite the challenging location in the middle of Berlin’s city traffic, the project ran smoothly and on schedule. The result: a modern, functional SKECHERS store designed in line with the brand’s identity, which has been attracting high footfall since day one.

The customer feedback speaks for itself: enthusiasm across the board – both with the result and with the professional implementation on site.
