Since 2019, bk Group has organized the maintenance of all Hunkemöller stores across Europe.

The co-operation with the Dutch clothing company includes 2000 visits of our bk service technicians and 8500 maintenance interventions per year. Our team consists of 6 project managers. They are the first points of contact for the stores, our client’s headquarters, and our service technicians. This team has professional skills in 8 different languages which guarantees smooth communication all over Europe. Via the bk online portal, each store can submit both inquiries and repair requests at any time. These messages are immediately processed by our project management which initiates any necessary repair.
