The renovation of the Rituals store in Albignasego, carried out by the bk Group, took place from July 21 to September 15, with the grand opening on September 18.
Covering a total area of 130 m², the store includes 94 m² of sales space, 25.5 m² of back-of-house area, and 17.7 m² of outdoor space.
As always, all trades were handled comprehensively – from structural work to final fittings. Special challenges arose due to the timing around the Italian holiday Ferragosto, during which many suppliers paused operations, leading to significant delivery delays for the air-conditioning unit.
Additionally, the construction of a steel structure for the storage room required extensive REI120 fire protection reinforcement in accordance with local regulations. The internal climate unit had to be installed above the steel cage before the fire protection ceiling could be mounted – a circumstance that caused major delays in building the walls for the restroom and kitchen.
Only three days before the opening, the air-conditioning unit finally arrived, making it possible to complete the restroom, anteroom, and kitchen within just 48 hours. Last-minute ventilation issues were also resolved quickly.
The store was handed over on time and in top quality. Feedback from the client and all participants was consistently positive – another success for the bk Group team.
