In Norderstedt, a modern retail space was successfully delivered and aligned with current functional and technical requirements. The bk Group was responsible for the complete execution of the construction works and delivered the project.

The works took place from early September to early December and covered an area of approximately 160 square metres. The objective was to create a contemporary, functional and technically sound retail space that meets both operational needs and modern design standards.

The scope of services included all relevant trades. This comprised sanitary and electrical works, ceiling, wall and painting works, as well as the installation of new tiled and vinyl flooring. The project was complemented by modern lighting solutions, comprehensive fire protection measures and structural works, including concrete works to close the stair opening. HVAC systems and adjustments to the existing ventilation were also professionally implemented.

No specific structural challenges arose during the project. The focus was placed on structured execution, high-quality workmanship and reliable adherence to the agreed schedule.
