Once a year, the entire bk Group gathers for a big company party. This year’s theme was the Middle Ages: the bk Spectacle! Colleagues from all over the world immersed themselves in times gone by.

The festive evening took place in a marquee decorated in medieval style. For us as an internationally active company, it is invaluable to be able to come together in one place once a year. These days are a special opportunity to see each other again in person, get to know new faces, and experience unforgettable moments together.

In his speech, our managing director Gerold Wolfarth looked back with pride on what we have achieved so far and reminded us of everything we have already accomplished together this year – a real motivational boost for everything that lies ahead. Long-standing employees were also honored.

One highlight of the official part of the event was the finale of this year’s bk Team Challenge. It came to an exciting conclusion on the big stage, where three departments presented their creative ideas for the bk Group. At the end, all employees voted together to choose the winning team – a great example of our team spirit and our commitment to collaboration.

Of course, there was no shortage of fun: good food, good music, dancing together, and the photo booth once again produced numerous funny souvenir pictures that are sure to make us laugh for a long time to come. The bk Spectacle showed us once again how important and valuable our team spirit is – and how much fun it is to celebrate together.
