After bk World opened in June 2022 and has now been in business for 10 months, we wanted to know! What do our customers think of our offer, our location and our concept?
Over the Easter weekend, a customer satisfaction survey was conducted at bk World.
In order to be able to adapt bk World to the needs of our customers, regular surveys are indispensable for us. It is not only important for us to see how our customers embrace the concept of bk World, but also to find out where they still see potential for improvement.
The results are now being evaluated and will be taken into account in the coming development steps.
