Trainee project weeks at the bk Group

In June, project weeks were held for trainees from all departments of the bk Group. The six boys and girls were able to get a taste of marketing.

After an initial theoretical part, in which they were given useful information about marketing in general, the focus was specifically on the tasks of the bk Group’s marketing department.

They then quickly moved from theory to practice: the focus of the project weeks was on social media.

The trainees developed their own ideas, created a plan, produced the content on their own initiative and uploaded it to the various platforms.

The results are impressive. The bk Group social media channels were filled with the trainees’ content for over a week.

From posts and stories to reels, everything was included: trendy, funny and yet well-considered. The various departments were involved as protagonists.

Not only did the trainees learn a lot during this time and surpass themselves, but the marketing department was also delighted with the new input.
