With the new SKECHERS store in Hanover, bk Group has delivered another location for the internationally successful lifestyle and sports brand. Following the project in Prague, Hanover marks the second store completed under the latest SKECHERS store concept, highlighting the strong partnership and continued development of the brand.

From early February to late April 2026, a modern retail space of approximately 250 square metres was created, combining functionality, brand identity and customer experience. bk Group managed the project from shell condition through to turnkey handover, coordinating all fit-out and technical trades.

The scope of work included drywall, electrical and tiling works, as well as HVAC installations. In addition, all fire alarm system requirements were implemented in close coordination with the relevant authorities. Furniture installation and bespoke joinery works completed the project and brought the latest SKECHERS store concept to life.

Rather than presenting major construction challenges, the project focused on the precise implementation of the new store concept and its successful delivery to the highest quality standards.

The outcome speaks for itself: the client was once again highly satisfied with the result, and the store was handed over defect-free.
