This week we had the pleasure of welcoming all our regional and area managers to an intensive training week in Endsee. The aim of this meeting was to equip our managers even better for future challenges and to further refine their skills.
In addition to the general training sessions, which covered topics such as communication, team building and strategic planning.
Exchanging ideas and learning and growing together not only promotes team spirit, but also strengthens trust and cooperation within our company. We are proud of our managers’ commitment and willingness to learn and look forward to the positive impact these training sessions will have.
