Our service technicians are on duty all over Europe – whether in Paris, Barcelona or Milan. They are out and about in our customers’ stores throughout Europe, ensuring smooth processes on site and are therefore an indispensable part of the bk Group. This makes personal contact all the more important to us. That’s why our Managing Director Christine Tirnaksiz regularly visits all the technical teams across Europe.
Not just to say hello – but to really take the time: for an honest exchange, for new ideas, for joint learning and sometimes simply for a good conversation over dinner.
Listening, understanding, shaping
Christine uses these visits to discuss new processes directly with the team, get first-hand feedback and get a realistic picture of everyday working life. Her aim is not only to appreciate the work of our technicians, but to actively improve it. Because real closeness is not created at a desk – but where people make a difference together.
