The bk Group has been looking after the retail stores of outdoor specialist JACK WOLFSKIN for two years now.
Due to the good cooperation, the partnership has now been expanded. Since the beginning of the year, 16 additional Jack Wolfskin stores have been added to the existing 10 stores in Germany.

A special service component is the visit outside of store opening hours. This means that all maintenance, repairs and preventative measures on the store floor are carried out by our service technicians before the store opens to customers in the morning.

This is particularly relevant for stores in shopping centers or outlets. Special regulations often apply here, which we take into account accordingly in our route planning.

We are also pleased to be able to supplement our service with an individually agreed maintenance package in the 26 stores in addition to the regular visits our technicians have made to Jack Wolfskin to date.
