The bk Group has once again successfully completed an exciting project – this time for SKECHERS in the beautiful city of Graz in Austria!
From February 18 to the handover on April 30, 2025, our teams did a great job in just two and a half months. The opening took place on May 9 – on time and on schedule.
A modern and functional store was created on a total area of 250 m², which is not only visually appealing but also technically impressive. The fit-out was complete: from the demolition of the old façade and previous tenant’s fixtures to drywall, painting, flooring and electrical work, including new sub-distribution, through to air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary installations.
A special highlight: the new entrance portal with double SKECHERS lettering illuminated on the outside and surrounding lightboxes – a real novelty for the customer and a real eye-catcher!
The feedback? Positive all round – a great store that inspires! A big thank you to our project team, all the tradespeople and the customer for the excellent collaboration.
