On 19 April, the mayors’ meeting initiated by VR Bank Mittelfranken Mitte took place at the premises of bk Group AG. At this series of events, which takes place in various innovative companies in the region, mayors from the region receive information about financing opportunities in the field of sustainable energies for municipalities.

As a long-standing partner, VR Bank has therefore also chosen the bk Group – as a progressive company in Middle Franconia – as the venue for the event.

After a short welcome by bk Group CEO Gerold Wolfarth and introductory words by the Chairman of the Board of VR Bank Mittelfranken Mitte eG Dr. Gerhard Walter, the guests learned relevant news and background knowledge on the topic of financing sustainable projects.

After the expert presentation, there was lively participation in the discussion by the approximately 20 mayors present. The event was concluded with a hearty snack.
