In September 2025, the new Rituals store in Passau opened its doors – delighting visitors with an elegant atmosphere in a prime central location. Following the start of construction at the end of June, a stylish 145 m² retail space was created in just nine weeks, complemented by 56 m² of ancillary rooms on the ground floor and another 56 m² in the basement.

Precision and Perfection in Every Detail

As part of the project, the bk Group delivered a comprehensive scope of services: drywall construction, painting, electrical installations, emergency lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems, as well as final construction cleaning. In addition, the team handled the coordination of all trades – from shopfitting to alarm systems. This ensured an efficient, on-schedule completion with the high-quality standards typical of bk Group.

Historic Building, Modern Concept

The new store is located in the Buchner Haus, a fully renovated and well-known landmark in Passau. The location couldn’t be better: right between the Old Town, Stadtgalerie, and the train station, at the gateway to Ludwigsplatz, which is currently being redesigned by the city. The project was a relocation – the previous Rituals store in the Stadtgalerie was professionally deconstructed by bk Group.

Satisfaction on All Levels

Feedback was overwhelmingly positive: the client’s construction department, the store team, and the area manager all expressed great satisfaction with both the results and the collaboration. The general contractor and the landlord also praised the smooth coordination throughout the construction phase.
