Survey in the bk World

“This is exactly what we need as Tesla drivers.”

The first bk World opened in Endsee at the beginning of June 2022. The filling station of the future offers drivers of electric vehicles a unique experience in a climate-positive lounge with healthy food and drinks, high-quality coffee, modern sanitary facilities, a children’s play area, an office and a regional online shop.

Since the opening, surveys have been conducted among the visitors of the loading park and the lounge. Based on these results, we have been able to gather a picture of the mood, receive feedback and incorporate suggestions.

The initial feedback fully confirms the bk World concept.

More than 68 percent of the vehicles at our charging park are occupied by two or more people. Many of them are families, especially during the holiday season. In addition to many guests from Germany, we were particularly pleased to welcome electric car drivers from Scandinavia.

 

More than 95 per cent of the respondents found the overall concept and bk World as a property to be good and very good.

Sanitary facilities were at the top of the list as the most important facility or service, followed by coffee and drink vending machines and snacks. Here, the quality of the offer was also queried. Almost 86 percent of respondents also rated the selection as good or very good.

“I have never had such good coffee at a service station.”

“You don’t get this selection of food anywhere else. It is super great”

 

The regional aspects in the concept, such as the online shop and the regional products on site, also convince the guests.

“The regional approach is exactly in line with our way of thinking.”

“Modern, new, sustainable – that’s how it has to be.”

Of course, we also asked for suggestions and we have already been able to implement some of our guests’ ideas. For example, there is now a changing table for small children, the door opens automatically and the user journey is clearly accompanied by information boards.

We are particularly pleased that many guests now come to us not only because the navigation system directs them to bk World, but because they deliberately want to take a break here to recharge their batteries.
