On July 28, 2023, the annual company celebration of the bk Group took place at the headquarters in Endsee. Together, all employees from all over Europe celebrated a successful working year and also the great Social Day that took place the day before. 

The so-called Excellence Day is always a highlight in the annual calendar, because since the employees of the bk Group are spread all over Europe, they do not always see each other regularly. Be it service or air conditioning technicians in Spain, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Georgia and Austria or project managers and office staff at the various locations in Endsee, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Görlitz – once a year they all get together! And celebrate! 

At this year’s Excellence Day, colleagues spent the morning looking at the company values and reworking them. Honesty, openness, directness, appreciation, respect and sustainability were discussed and the results presented later. In the official part of the day, the management gave a speech and several long-serving employees were honored. The day then moved on to the social part. 

Despite the changeable weather, everyone enjoyed the beach party. Besides an exquisite barbecue buffet, a DJ, a pool and a beach, one or the other also enjoyed cocktails in the disco area and so there was dancing until the morning hours.
